2. Purpose of the Website
The Website presents our therapeutic services and allows you to contact us, book sessions, subscribe to our newsletter and access digital resources.

3. Not an emergency service
The Website, the contact form and our services are not intended for emergencies. If you are in crisis or your safety is at risk, please contact your local emergency number (112 in Romania and the EU) immediately.

4. Information on the Website
The content on the Website is for general information purposes only. It does not replace a personalised consultation and does not constitute medical, psychiatric or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

5. Contact and booking
When you send a request through the contact form or book a session, you agree to provide accurate information. A booking is confirmed only after you receive our confirmation.
[Cancellation and rescheduling: sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge at least [24/48] hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.
Session prices and payment terms are communicated before booking.

6. Digital products (ebooks and resources)
Prices are shown on the Website before purchase. Digital products are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed.
Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost once delivery has started with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal. You give this consent at checkout.
Digital products are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold or distributed.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to send false, offensive, unlawful or unsolicited (spam) content through the Website. You also agree not to attempt unauthorised access to the Website or its systems, and not to use the Website in any way that could affect how it works.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the Website belongs to THE BEAUTY OF BEING SRL or is used with the right holders' permission. This includes texts, images, logos, graphics, design, ebooks and other materials, all protected by copyright law. These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be settled amicably where possible, and otherwise by the competent courts in Romania, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
